Executive Ascension Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17033585, with its registered office at 42 Highfield, King's Lynn, England, PE30 4RD. Our sole director and owner is John Nwaneri. We provide private executive health and performance coaching, led by a physiotherapist. For the purposes of United Kingdom data protection law, Executive Ascension Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

The personal data we collect

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop processing your health information unless we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation.
How we collect your data

- Through professional outreach and conversations on LinkedIn.
- Through booking forms when you arrange a call or a session.
- Through intake questionnaires that you complete before beginning a programme.
- Directly from you during calls, consultations, and coaching sessions.

Third parties who process data on our behalf
We use a small number of trusted service providers to deliver our coaching. These providers process your data only on our instructions and only for the purposes set out below:
- Calendly is used to schedule and manage bookings.
- Trainerize is used to deliver your coaching programme and to track your progress.
- Fathom is used to record and transcribe calls so that we can capture and act on what is discussed.
- Zoom is used to host video calls and consultations.
- WhatsApp is used for messaging and day to day communication.
- Google Forms is used to collect intake information before a programme begins.
- Stripe is used to process payments securely.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it to deliver our service to you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. When your information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete it securely.
Your rights
