Our sole director and owner is John Nwaneri. We provide private executive health and performance coaching, led by a physiotherapist. For the purposes of United Kingdom data protection law, Executive Ascension Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

• Fathom is used to record and transcribe calls so that we can capture and act on what is discussed.
• Zoom is used to host video calls and consultations.
• WhatsApp is used for messaging and day to day communication.
• Google Forms is used to collect intake information before a programme begins.
• Stripe is used to process payments securely.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it to deliver our service to you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. When your information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete it securely.
