From NHS physio to coaching the C-suite.

I spent three years inside the NHS, rotating through orthopaedics, surgery, intensive care, stroke and elderly care before specialising as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist in outpatients. That range matters: I saw the full spectrum of what happens to a body when its owner stops paying attention. And at the top end the pattern never changed: smart, capable, successful people, finally forced into a conversation they could have had a decade earlier.

I've tried personal trainers and they didn't stick. What's different?
Most PT relationships fail for two reasons: (1) the programme is built around the trainer's schedule, not yours; (2) it's training-only, when the bigger levers are sleep, stress and nutrition. Executive Ascension is a system, not a session. You're coached across all four pillars with weekly written check-ins, on-demand WhatsApp access, and a programme that survives a transatlantic week.
How much time does it actually require?
Three 45-minute training blocks per week is the floor, built to fit a 6am hotel gym just as well as a home setup. Nutrition is decision-light, not calorie-counting. Sleep and stress protocols layer into your existing day. If you can find three hours a week, the rest is integration, not addition.
I travel constantly. Will this work?
Yes, and most of the current client roster does the same. Training is programmed for hotel gyms, bodyweight, and travel days. Nutrition is built around restaurant menus and time-zone shifts. The system is designed for the schedule you actually have, not the one you'd need.
What if I have an existing injury or medical condition?
Onboarding includes a full medical and training history, plus a blood panel review where relevant. Programmes are adjusted accordingly. NHS physio background means working around injuries, not pretending they don't exist.
Is there a guarantee?
